1.1 Urloker provides an online marketplace connecting users ("Customers") with storage partners ("Partners") who offer short-term storage solutions, package acceptance, and other services.

1.2 Urloker acts solely as an intermediary and does not own or operate any storage locations. Partners independently provide services, and Urloker is not liable for their actions or omissions.

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Platform.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2.3 Urloker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or non-compliance with these Terms.

3.1 Customers may not store or transport illegal, hazardous, perishable, or high-value items, including but not limited to: • Weapons, explosives, or flammable substances, • Drugs, alcohol, or controlled substances, • Cash, jewelry, or irreplaceable valuables, • Live animals, food, or perishable goods, • Any item prohibited by law.

3.2 Urloker and Partners reserve the right to inspect stored items and refuse or report Prohibited Items to authorities.

4.1 No refunds will be issued once the booking time has started.
